For the mid-month Civ5 GOTM you play as Dido of Carthage on a standard size small continents map on Deity level. While you would certainly want to take a stab at Caesar, you have to win via a Diplomacy victory, and prevent all other civs from achieving another victory. Your deadline is April 15.
