Sara has revealed to us today the details for the last Civ of the “Right To Rule” DLC: Qajar. The Qajar are a dynasty which ruled Persia from the late 18th to the begin of the 20th century. They are diplomatic and expansionist with a starting bias for plains and desert. Their ability and unique infrastructure are geared towards gaining more influence, and their unique commander gets more movement and can raze more.
