The devs have posted the patch notes for the ongoing testing (the workshop), which give us some interesting insights what is to come for Civ7. This includes on details how while playing a continuous civs you get boni outside the civs age, how tall vs. wide empires will be tweaked and how the victory system is getting reworked.
