The announcement is from earlier this month, but it seems we missed it: New Civ7 merchandise is available.
All the official merchandise can be bought in the official store here.
As you can see from the picture, the new items are a tumbler, a baseball cap, a mousepad, a set of pins (mystery selection), a sherpa blanket, and a new t-shirt as well as sweatshirt (different ones were available already prior).
