It’s again time for our monthly challenge, and this time it’s a big one! You start as Gandhi of India on a normal size continents map on Monarch level. The challenge comes with the special GOTM adjustments: You start with one settler on each continent, with 2 archers for both, and with 100 gold. Your choice to settle both continents or only one. You need to bring this setup to world domination (or any other victory) until December 8.
For more info, please see this thread.
Another game of interest for the Civ community has become available (early access): Civitas.
This game is a real-time city builder, focused on the medieval and renaissance era. It is also a sand-box game, with procedural maps. Means you are free to build whatever you want, on randomly generated maps.
While not directly a civilization builder, it seems this game could be interesting enough to keep an eye on.
Discuss this game in our forum here.
Winter time is approaching, and this month has a nordic theme. You play as Kristina of Sweden on a standard size cold and wet Highlands map on Prince level. You need to go for a culture or diplomacy victory, and prevent all other civs from achieving any other type of victory. You have until December 1 to distribute meatballs worldwide.

Last year the team managed to raise $42 000 for extralife, and $25 000 were matched by 2K Games.
This year the team will be aiming at $75 000 in total, to contribute to GamesOutreach.org, which helps hospitalized children through games to make ther life in the hospital a bit better.
The Civ6 multiplayer live stream for the event and surrounding activities will happen on December 11, 1 PM Eastern Time.
Right now we know that the following streamers will participate in this giant MP match:
The event is hosted by Nystagmus, Moysauce and PeppermintButler.
We hope that also CivFanatics will do their share to reach the 75 000, and we hope that this will again be an enjoyable event!
New month, new game! In this iteration of the “Game Of The Month” you play as Theodora of Byzantium on a standard size small continents map on Emperor level. You have to achieve a culture victory, but all other victories are enabled, meaning you need to prevent all other civs from winning in a different way too!
You have until November 15 to finish this game. For all details please see this thread.
