New indie game release – Citizens: Far Lands

By | July 16, 2022

A new game, which might be of interest to us civ-fanatics, has been released: Citizens: Far Lands.
The game describes itself as a turn-based city builder and puzzle game. It is set in a medieval setting, and is mainly aimed at optimizing your own medieval settlement. It does not seem to include diplomacy, but includes military and invasions in later game stages. You normally get a specified amount of goals on an island, and then a new island gets unlocked (and is therefore somehow similar to the Anno series).
The game normally costs 9.99€, but is currently discounted to 7.99€. A free demo is available too.

The streamer GamerZakh has also reviewed the game here:

The game is on Prince level, and you need to go for Domination victory, while preventing all other civs from achieving a different victory.
