AngryBanana’s founder, Dan Kumeiko, first got in touch because he thought our community would be a natural fit for the game. Crownlings is, in his words, inspired by classics like Civilization, so we think plenty of you will agree.
What it is. Crownlings squeezes the turn-based formula into fast 5–10 minute battles. Each match is played on a compact island map: you build up your economy, recruit units, fight over key ground, and win by capturing the enemy castle. You command your whole army every turn, and each map’s layout pushes you toward a different plan.
Ways to play. Work through the three campaign seasons on your own, unlocking new maps, heroes, and rewards as you go, or take on real players in the ranked PvP Arena and climb the ladder. New heroes arrive with each update.
