Explorminate: Rob’s Look at 2022 and 2023

By | January 31, 2023

Rob from Explorminate has written a view back onto 2022, and an outlook for 2023. While he has some contenders for best game of 2022, like Warhammer: Total War, or the Humankind expansion “Together We Rule”, he is not satisfied with any bigger release last year, and puts his hopes for 2023. For this year, he is looking forward to the next Galactic Civilizations 4 update, as well as new games like Terra Invicta (although that has been released already), Age Of Wonders 4, and some games of big interest for us, like Ara: History Untold and Revival: Recolonization.

What are your potential highlights for 2023, and do you agree with Rob? Let us know here.

Do you like the old “Alpha Centauri”, but think it is too outdated, and would need a revamp? Our user nj666 has taken up this task, and started to re-implement the basic functions, with the goal to update the multiplayer, the graphics, and other features in the future. His project is right now in a very early phase, and will not be in a fully functional state soon, but we are looking forward to the future when this project is finished. If you want to know more about it, then have a look here.
