March 2025 Update Livestream – the most important points

By | March 24, 2025

Today we had the developer update live stream, and it gave us some interesting news. Long awaited options like regenerating the start, renaming your cities or directly quitting to desktop will be added, among gameplay improvements such as quick move, more UI improvements and balancing and pacing changes. Other points not directly mentioend are that The “Right to Rule” DLC is delayed until summer, and apparently all forum members love the Bulgarian soundtrack. If you want to join the discussion of the live stream, then please check this thread.

Civ7 – now we got a mod manager!

By | March 23, 2025

Civ has a long tradition of mods, and Civ7 is no different. We already got a range of smaller mods, which do some excellent work in improving Civ7. But installing them and keeping them up-to-date can be complicated.

Now no more! Our user leonardify took on the challenge to create a mod manager for Civ7, and it seems to be working nicely. With it you can manage all the mods here from CivFanatics, without worrying too much about the technicalities. You can check out his website here, and you can discuss the mod manager also in the Civ7 modding forum here. Give it a try!
