Civilization Players Civ6 Weekly Podcast #5

By | October 14, 2017

This Friday, Oct 13th at 9 PM EST will be the 5th CivPlayers League Podcast. Here’s what were talking about this week!

Co-Hosts Sarnith and KingLewie, and guest Co-Host Yoshi bring you this weeks topics.

Here’s what we’re talking about this week!

• How often can we vote for a CC call to end a game? We know the rules for how it works, and we know that positions end by score doing so. How do we feel about score as a metric currently? What do you think could be changed?

• Lets talk City States! How do you feel about the “Raze-Only” option? If you don’t like it, is there middle ground somewhere? Tell us what you think!
• Should we spy on our “friends” and our “allies”? Why not? We do it in the real world from corporate espionage to watching for nuclear technologies and more – or is it just plain rude to bankrupt your buddy?
• Clan KC and Clan SunZ both have more training events in the works! I’ll let you know as soon as they have dates locked in. There were incredible turn outs in the past both live in the games as well as on the stream chat. Lots of questions asked, lots more answered. Come and learn from highly skills players happily teaching those that are both new and veterans to the game!
• This last Saturday [ October 7th ] ‘s premier league game was run as a Renaissance Era Start. It had an excellent turn out and a lot of excitement and anticipation from the both the players and members in the community. Cavalry Rushes simply dont happen due to the technologies given, and players got to see a wonderful full late game.
• The new DLC has been data-mined heavily from players all over the globe. The expected Civilizations coming out will be discussed, as well as how strong or weak we expect them to be in relation to the other civs! What do you think will happen?
• Don’t forget to comment in with your thoughts, questions, and opinions on any Civilization 6 related topic you think about! Can’t see us live? Be sure to catch it on the youtube channel!
